ANSWERING YOUR FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Everyone has life force energy moving through them but it is important to remember that this energy will meet people where they are at. The earth’s frequencies are rising, and we are in the age of a great spiritual awakening. We are ready to experience profound transformation; however, small percentage of people may feel very little in a session.

Please know that the energy is still working for you. You may need a few sessions for the energy to activate to a higher degree. However, there can be a few reasons why people are not experiencing the same amount of energy as others.

• Some people find it very difficult to let go, they can be very stuck in their minds, and their identification with their personality may be strong.

• Others may have suppressed their energy to a great degree and may also have severe traumas that are very difficult to let go of or work through.

• Some may have lots of armouring and protecting themselves from going deeper into their experience and personal healing process.

• This experience is all about the present moment. The here and now. Some allow their Mind-Ego to take over. Taking them out if the present. Their mind takes them to distraction.

• Also our Mind/Ego can take over with having expectations on what they want to unblock and experience. Have ZERO EXPECTATIONS. If our minds ego is present the energy will not move through you intensely.

YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for this session is with a beginners mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience. Is a transmission, not a practice. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind. It’s about feeling, not knowing.

The online classes are not much different to the in person classes. Some people are more comfortable to relax and receive the energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feel in a session. Some people find the energy to be slightly milder online while others feel like it’s equally powerful. Beginners might need one or a few more classes to activate than they would have in person.

This session is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is mainly for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness. However, many students do report physical healings early on, after only one or a few sessions. But of course this is not guaranteed, nor is it the primary purpose of this work.

Please eat lightly on the day and if possible do not eat 2 hrs before the class. Wear comfortable clothes.
For an online class, organize an appropriate space for yourself, test your camera and microphone and place the camera at the correct angle so I will be able to see your full body.
Please arrange the yoga mat and webcam at least 5 minutes beforehand and sign in to ZOOM at the arranged time or earlier. This practice needs privacy so please make sure you are in a private space yourself a private space where you will not be interrupted.

The activation process is very safe. You are remembering a natural gift from within.

It’s not recommended for children under 18 years, pregnant women and those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis.
